Payment and Renewal
Paid Subscription are available on the Website. By selecting a Subscription you agree to pay Boxkite the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a Subscription and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Subscription fees are not refundable.
Unless you notify Boxkite before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee as well as any taxes using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Subscription can be canceled at any time from your Boxkite dashboard.
Refunds
Boxkite subscription is paid for a fixed term (usually 1 or 12 months) and cancellations take effect from the end of this term. Boxkite does not refund unused subscriptions.
Should subscription to Boxkite be cancelled by Boxkite at any time the remaining period of the term of paid subscription will be forfeited and no refund provided.
Applicable law
Your access to and use of this website, and the information on this website, is governed exclusively by New Zealand law.

Boxkite reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
